These castings probably have a good case for assault against whoever had a go at machining them. Horribly, horribly machined castings for LBSC's "Speedy" GWR 15xx 0-6-0PT, one cylinder end cover was presumably fatally injured in action and has been replaced with an aluminium one, there's a broken tap in one mounting hole on the back. Bores were machined too fast with wrong-shaped tool, wheels have crankpins held in with grub screws. There's a frame stretcher with pump as well.

All that said...

I think the cylinders could be salvaged with a rebore (and a new end cover, which you could get out of a bit of cast iron stock round bar).
