3 1/2 inch gauge driving trolley. Runs smoothly, brakes to both axles, dead tatty and the seat's got galloping woodworm. Worth putting a cup of Cuprinol 5-star in the pre-wash to preserve your driving overalls. 

(Actually, if you retained all the metal bits and chucked out the wood, there's the makings of a reasonable little driving truck here)
